From the second you meet Chelsea, you will find that she is one of the friendliest people you have ever met. The way she welcomes people into her life is overwhelmingly refreshing, causing you to question why all relationships don't feel this way. It was for this reason that we created the home as the central feature of her logo suite. We wanted to ensure her logos and submarks illustrated a balanced combination of clean, eclectic, and comfortable.
BEHIND THE LOGO
Two things are consistent throughout Chelsea's branding suite, with the first being the graphic extensions in the “H” and the “o” on the handlettered version of "Hendo Co". These extensions symbolize Hendo Co’s efforts at reaching out to others. Secondly, the picture of the home represents Hendo Co's invitation to join their community, with the home as the primary means of bringing people together.
Chelsea is greatly inspired by the ocean and the calm that it provides her with. This led us to choose a color palette of blues and grays. Additionally, she wanted her brand identity to be clean, organized, and crisp. For this reason, we limited the colors on the palette and opted for a few strong and identifiable colors.
